The workers arrived and knew exactly what they were to accomplish, which they confirmed with me. They prepared the entire path with clean drop cloths and created a plastic drape around my attic stairs. The foreman was glad to explain any aspect of the procedure. My attic was upgraded to R-49 and the difference is notable."

David and his team did an excellent job throughout the process. They arrived on time, used drop cloths and plastic covers to keep everything clean, walked me through the process and progress, and shared pictures of areas I couldn't easily see or get to myself. At the end of the job, they thoroughly cleaned up all debris and left the house and property as they had found it. We discovered a minor issue later that evening, and David sent a member of the team out to fix it the next day. Excellent communication and work - very happy with the end result, and would hire again in a heartbeat."

"From initial contact with their sales department we've had a great experience, Corey did an excellent job of taking pictures and showing the problems in our attic. Their level of communication from emails to phone calls was precisely correct by contacting me when needed and not too much with pictures detailing each solution and its associated cost. On the first work day their crew called ahead of time, arrived promptly and came prepared with masks, plastic sheeting, full body outfits and cloth covering for the stairs. In just over 6 hours they had cleaned up the entire attic removing bad sub-floor and other insulation, laid out the foundation for building a large deck space and placed part of the first layer of materials down. They also sealed the attic door along with some of the air vents and ceiling fans. They completed insulating my front porch overhang and cleaned up all of their mess very well. Painters tape was used on corners where they we’re most likely to bump into it for protection and plastic sheeting was setup precisely where needed to keep dust off of our hallway things next to the attic entrance. Overall it was a great first day and they even spotted an issue from a previous vendor who failed to properly connect some of their duct work together (which was the original cause of my daughter’s room temperature being so hard to control the temperature and not easy to spot). The only complaint I have is that while I fully expected the need to finish our attic sub-floor, remaining layers of TruSoftTM Cellulose on the main floor and encapsulate the duct lines with Polyurethane Spray Foam all before finishing with blown-in insulation, they left a key piece incomplete. When leaving they left the duct work leading from our main trunk line to my daughter’s room off. This left a hole in the main trunk line reducing heat in all upstairs rooms but most important is that nothing was connected to my daughter’s room. So around 6:00am she woke up coughing as we noticed the upstairs was around 56 degrees. Overall a simple heads up would have solved everything as we have space heaters, however I did not look into the attic when they left so that’s my fault for not knowing a key piece of the duct line was missing. Based on the overall work complete I would still very much recommend them as Robert (onsite team lead) was very good at communicating and the crew we’re all quite friendly. Their work will last for the lifetime of my house and has already added value to the sale price. In the end they made a really nice attic deck leaving me with plenty of useable storage space. While this is not the cheapest company, the quality and knowledge that I never need to worry about my attic again is certainly worth it."

"Fantastic experience with USA Insulation. From our first meeting with Paul (consultant) and our contacts with Loretta, to the installation of the insulation (Carmello and Elizar) things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Contracted with them to add 17 inches of blown in insulation to come up to code in HoCo (house built in 1972). Had to delay insulation because of an addition being built since our contractor needed clear access to the attic in main house. Advised company who graciously held the contract open for us. Maintained contact with Loretta (who is exceptional and a pleasure to talk to) and once addition was finished was able to promptly (re)schedule the installation. Installers arrived promptly, explained everything to us in detail and even showed us before/after pictures of work performed. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and courteous. Left work area cleaner than when they arrived (thorough vacuum of work and surrounding areas). Most pleased with the work performed. Looking forward to a more energy efficient home."

"I don't write reviews but I am making an exception in this case. Paul Henry installed our windows (20) in 2014. We had several of the windows made lower (expanded) as well. Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it."

"Our 18 year old builders grade HVAC system was approaching end of life. The unit was a Rheem that ran off propane gas. One of two original HVAC systems in our home. So, we proactively decided to retire the original system this spring. I have been a Mann-In customer now for around 10 years now. They already replaced one of my two HVAC system 7 years ago. Also hot water tank about 5 years ago. All in all very happy and familiar with them. Very professional proposal with half a dozen options both in terms of level of efficiency, upgrades such as humidifier and better air filtration, and warranty upgrade. Competitive pricing. Mann-In scheduled my install within a week. I made sure I got on their schedule before the spring. As always, Mark and the installation crew show up on time and hardly take a brake till job is done. Meticulous work. They put drop clothes everywhere. I've tried the other giant heating and cooling companies in past. But, I prefer the more personal, responsive, and nimble Mann-In. Still run like a family business. Although, I am seeing more of the owner's son ( Trevor), Chuck Brown still comes out to pre plan the major projects and make sure everything is engineered properly for install date. He often points out or fixes things from previous builder. Thanks guys. Keep up good work."

"The company had to adjust their schedule several times due to our requests either because of weather or other work being done at our house and they always did it cheerfully and assured us that it was okay. The two men arrived an hour early (6:30am) and said they would return in an hour if it was too early for us. They were extremely pleasant, careful and worked quickly. "This is the third time we have worked with Angel and the Wall to Wall Construction team. As always, these guys are the best. Overall, Angel is excellent at communication and they make sure the job is done as the customer wants it at a reasonable price. For this project, we turned an unused space in our home into a wet bar. Construction would include fixing drywall, moving plumbing, installing cabinets, installing recessed lighting, installing a built in kegerator, and installing a tile back splash. This was all completed in an unlevel room, making the job a bit challenging. Angel's estimate came in right in at the final cost and the timeline of three months was met (there was a significant pause as we waited for the cabinets/counters to be fabricated and delivered - all expected). In the end, we were very pleased with the end result and look forward to working with Wall to Wall Construction on our next project. One important thing to note: what makes Wall to Wall Construction better than the rest is Angel's dedication to customer satisfaction. He takes the time to answer all questions and go above and beyond to get the job done right. Further, he is always available for a call and answers all questions sent to him via email or text - I do not know many other contractors that make this kind of commitment to their clients."
