The technician used a snake with a round tip instead of a cutter. I was sent photographs that showed roofs still remained in the pipe. I requested that the technician returned to the house and complete the work. The owner told me that he won't be returning and that I have to repair, replace or have water forced into the pipe. He agreed to send a technician if the pipe backs up within 30 days. The pipe did backup and I hired another plumber to clear the pipe."
