I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

When compared to another provider of the same service, the estimated cost for replacement was about $150.00. I'm not interested in paying "gold-coast" prices for service in Wallingford. "They came out to do my gutters. Unfortunately, by the time they got here the gutters were frozen. They tried to come back a week or so ago and the gutters were still frozen. They are going to come back later but, so far so good. They were able to do the front gutters because those had got the sun. The rear of the house is shady side and so they were still frozen. I gave them a B because it took them longer to get here. I think they positioned themselves that they had to deal with frozen stuff, that's probably because they were busy. They will take of me and so, I am fine. It was a very good price. They were here when they said they would be here."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"I was with Petro for two years under an auto-delivery and service plan contract and found the service is good but the prices are way, way over market.  My real problem is with the initial salesman from "DeBlois" that I dealt with, as the two important questions I asked before signing up were not answered truthfully.  I asked if the price quoted was a promotional price or one typical of future deliveries; I was told I could expect the same levels relative to competition.   However, unlike the first delivery, all subsequent deliveries were at least $.50/gal. above other full-service companies I have used (I checked within a few days of some deliveries).   The second problem is that in my initial call  I asked if I would be serviced by DeBlois or another company, and I specifically asked if Petro would be involved, since as a new resident of Narragansett I asked around and had been warned to avoid Petro.  The salesman at DeBlois said there was no connection, but as it turned out DeBlois and Petro are the same company.  So in sum, I found the service to be competent and courteous, but the prices for both oil and boiler service to be very high.  As I am writing this well after the last delivery, my agreement has now expired and I am no longer a Petro customer.
