"The first person who came out was really prompt and assisted me with getting our garage door secured after it got stuck half way broken due to a combination of old age (15+ years) and kids playing with it. He worked with me in getting the mechanical part of the garage door covered by my home warranty company and gave me a quote and a Friday delivery date all within 45mins. On Friday, Justin came out to install the new door and parts. He was super efficient,explained how everything worked, managed to figure out a way around my old electricals and helped me set a new code for the keypad. Overall it was a good experience.

"Fil and his team are outstanding. They are the consummate professionals. We had the old tile removed, wall board replaced, and new backsplash installed. The company removing and replacing the counter top had multiple problems that caused multiple scheduling changes over a 2 week period. Fil was great about working with us to minimize downtime. ReliaLift's technician, Matt Cantin, provided excellent service.  He thoroughly inspected my garage door, shared a wealth of knowledge about my garage door system, and replaced the old worn out rollers on my garage door with new rollers.  Overall, he was very professional, communicative, and knowledgeable.  He never tried to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very trustworthy.  The only modestly negative concern I would like to note is that we rescheduled once due to the cold weather (not ReliaLift's fault) but then they moved my time slot on the day of service 2 additional times.  Still, I would recommend ReliaLift (especially Matt) and use them again for future garage door repair needs.

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

"It is so quiet and care free. He installed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.It works without a second thought. He installed a Genie screw type of closer.  I have an external key pad to open the door when I am just outside without a key. I love it. He worked on my time schedule too.  I did not have to work around his.  He was flexible about when he could come, on a weekend.  I would recommend Kenny to anyone.
