Based on that, we moved forward and spent over $13,000. After installation, when preparing our taxes and reviewing the NFRC specifications, we learned the windows do not qualify. When I contacted customer service, I was told the contract does not guarantee tax credit eligibility ? yet the contract says nothing about tax credit qualification either way. We were never offered an option that would have met the qualifying standard. For a purchase this large, we expected better transparency. We will not use this company again and recommend others verify tax credit eligibility before signing."

He was hired to install an over the range microwave and despite an active, busy schedule with other jobs, found time to pop over to install it, which he did quickly because he was knowledgeable about the job. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was to my liking before leaving. He is talented and capable of almost any work you might need done . We will definitely use him again should the need arise!"
