"I picked John based on his reputation on Angie's List.  He exceeded my expectations.  The insurance company said I had some curling shingles.  I reached out to John and he replied immediately.  He came out on a weekend with his family and looked over the roof.  After investigation he said I had hail damage and suggested I open a claim with my insurance. <br> <br>The insurance company came out and confirmed the hail damage with their own roofer and declared it needed to be replaced.  That was obviously a significant outcome  ($$).  I worked with John to pick new upgraded shingles and explained I wanted to add gutters to the house.  John dropped off color samples on the gutters and we found a perfect match for our trim.  He provided a link to the shingle colors and we found what we wanted. <br> <br>The shingles were back ordered due to all the storms, but arrived when John said they would.  The work took two days for a roof and another for the gutters.  We are extremely happy with the results and have already recommended John to friends. <br> <br>"

"The Darville Company sent out a very great man named Jan to do a 20 pt inspection on my A/C.  To say he did more than I expected would be an understatement.  Jan was friendly, answered all questions that I had...which were many....and explained everything to me along with taking photos for me to have a better understanding when explaining problems my unit had, or would have in the near future.  He was in my attic for close to three hours on a 100+ degree day.  When he came down, he never once mentioned how terribly hot he was.....that is real professionalism.  I had a hole in my drip pan and he came back three days later to replace it. "They came out and gave me an estimate but they did not do the work. They were professional and very nice. They were honest with me about what the insulation could or could not do. My house is up in the country and so it’s a little bit different than doing something at home. They were here when they said they would be here. They were pretty upfront about the whole thing and I chose not to go with them. Honestly they were a bit pricey and I just can’t go with one bid. I can’t judge what it will be for someone else."
