Albert?s man came in at 9:30am.  He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm.  He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim.  He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked.  He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading.  He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them.  He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.



I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail.  I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room.  Thank you Albert for the great job.

"I called Russ to give me an estimate on built in bookshelves (est was $3000) and doors and shelf for an already existing shelf. Russ came on time when I made the 1st appt. We were having other work done to our house so I was trying to figure out what we were going to have done this year. I called Russ back 4 months later and he came back out to remeasure. He missed the 1st appt to remeasure but when I called back he came out. I was unsure about the built in shelves but wanted to do the have the doors and shelf made which he said would not be a problem. This was on a Tues. He said he would have it done by the end of the week so I called on Monday when I had not heard from him. This started at the end of May. He had another project but would put the doors in the truck and stop by when he had a few minutes. The next time I called he still need to paint the doors but it was too humid. Then after calling weekly for 6 weeks I asked if I need to find someone else to do it and he said his truck and all of his tools were stolen???? I provide this information b/c I got the run around."

"Andre is a terric handyman and carpenter. He is professional, diligent, timely, and pays attention to detail. He has done several projects for us including building shelving units in a work shed, repairing a leaking shower, fixing huge holes in our ceiling and patching cracks to make the drywall seamless and brand new looking. He has rebuilt built-ins around a fireplace and cut granite to fit the shelving. He can do pretty much anything you ask him to. I highly recommend him for drywall repair, carpentry, cabinetry, and granite work."

"Before connecting Carolina Complete Services, I got two estimates for the remodel that were so wildly different that I was certain they were not bidding the same work. Since this involved cutting a hole in my house, I decided to give Jon Mowery another call. 

I am so glad that I did!. From the estimate to the final clean up, Jon and his team were professional and easy to work with. After the initial discussion about the work, Jon and I emailed and talked several times to ensure that he was estimated and ordered the right doors for the job. The estimate was higher than the first two I received but I was absolutely certain that Jon understood the requirements and the custom order for the French door. 

On the first day, the construction crew showed up ready to work and were able to make adjustments to their work when surprises arose like an electrical wire that need to be rerouted around the new door. When it was impossible to match the original siding, the crew made and painted external header for the new door. They also identified a problem with the new back door glass colliding with the counter and made a special trip to buy and then install a heavy duty door stop. I am very pleased with the work and at least 3 of my neighbors have asked me for Jon's card. "

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The initial contact with the two ladies who gave me the estimate and scheduled the installation was the best part of the whole experience. They were very pleasant and professional. The installation had several hiccups and the guys who installed the granite were not as pleasant nor professional. I just didn't feel very comfortable with either guy, while they may have been very experienced, their lack of customer service and communication was a concern. I had to show them a few things that should've been obvious to them before they left and they were already packed up ready to go. The biggest disappointment was after they left and I realized there was a bunch of granite sawdust all over my car in the driveway. They should've asked me to move my car and warned me about the dust if I didn't move the car, but they didn't. It would've been a disaster if I wasn't forewarned by the plumber about the dust, he told me not to wipe it off because it would leave scratches. Fortunately it rained within an hour and it was washed off the car. After sharing my dissatisfaction with a manager, a team was sent out to address an issue we found after the installation was done."
