PGand E needed more information on the invoice to approve. One phone call to Melody Powers, Office Manager, and a corrected invoice explaining what the ceiling insulation was before and after the job was in my mail box 2 days later. I forwarded the information on to PGand E and received my check and now am enjoying a cozy house as the Sacramento winter is upon us and lower energy use.
