Techs Paul & Dallen arrived within a few hours of my initial contact, and had restored heat within a couple more hours. Due to the age of my system and other developing problems they detected, they recommended meeting with their Home Comfort Advisor for an estimate. That appointment was made on the spot and Duncan came next day. If I have a word of caution, it would be that this IS a proficient salesman. He examined the system and home, discussed options and had me signed up and financed within 3 hours. The Grapids team arrived next morning to install furnace, AC and water heater. All was done in a day, and is working great so far. Other reviewers have called them "pushy;" I'd call them a local company doing their best to survive during trying times."
