"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"Very knowledgeable plumber. Willing to do beyond what is needed to accomplish task ( removal of water softening system) Very fair pricing."

"They were very professional, showed up time. They did a great job and were very fast--did it in a timely manner. I have hot water now, so I am very happy."

"They were fabulous. Prompt return call after initial inquiry, they were conscientious of water, dirt on shoes on my floors and put towels down. Honest, educated and absolutely fair pricing for honest work. Would call again for any type of issue."

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak. Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."

"Great job by Total Mechanical Systems repairing/replacing old faucets on my tub/shower that would not stop the running water. Their tech, Joe, was friendly and professional. The problem is solved, I am very happy after this experience."

"Their service is fine. I have no complaints with them."

"Faucet was loose and leaking water around its base. Repair was simple but difficult to reach under kitchen sink. As a professional Beacon removed the piping in the way, made the repair and reinstalled the piping; something I would never attempt. Job completed to our satisfaction."

"I needed a part for my gas-fired fireplace which was several years old & he was able to find it & repair it. This was very important to me because my house is very old with no insulation & gas unit helps tremendously keeping my electric bills lower. I would definately call him for any plumbing problems that I have in the future."
