He tended to the flapper problem in another toilet, discovered the problem, and sought a solution. Finding no easy solution due to wear and tear to the mechanism, he presented the only other option which he said would be expensive and labor intensive. We much appreciated his honesty and decided to forego that option and just live with the flapper problem. He explained everything clearly to our satisfaction.
