I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

He knows what he's doing and makes sure it's actually fixed right. This time, I had him out to talk about a barhroom remodel I want to do, but ask him if he could replace a valve in my kitchen faucet "to make the trip worth his time". They didn't just see the faucet was leaking on top where I saw it but took time to check underneath and found leaking valves that were damaging the cupboard underneath and even a little into the flooring below. No question, the faucet needed replacement and new valves. I love my new faucet!"

I have no problem referring Applewood Heating & Plumbing to family and friends. The technician advised me of easy things to do to prevent major repairs. Repairs were completed under expected time .
