Carpet Cleaning Services in glendale, AZ

"Phil was on time and professional. He was kind enough to work around my busy schedule with two little kids and work. They even rearranged their own schedule to accommodate mine. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Infact, I just spoke with them today to clean my persian rug! I recommended Deep Clean Carpet Clean to my manager and I will spread the word."

"Tony was hired to clean the carpets in 3 bedrooms of our home. He did an outstanding job. Firstly, he is a very pleasant, polite, and hard working person. He pre-cleaned, shampooed , and worked diligently to make sure all the stains were removed from our carpets. We will definitely use Floor Smash Services again."

"Wanted to support a small business instead of a large, well known company during this time of Covid especially. So glad I did! Alex and Laura are friendly, polite with a great work ethic!"

"Tech was on time and got to work right away. Cleaned our carpeting and two chairs and spent more time on them than previous cleaners. Excellent job, will definitely use Martin's All Floors Service in the future."

"Very professional, kind, great job cleaning the furniture and took extra care with everything. Moving furniture, turning large area rugs. Will definitely use them again."

"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"Great work and always on time."

"Courteous, good value, competitive pricing, and fast service!"

"He did excellent work. I would recommend him highly to anyone wanting to get their grout cleaned and or sealed. He also changed the grout color. He also does other work which we are planning on having him come back to do. Furniture cleaning, carpet cleaning, power washing."
