"Had an attitude to begin, installed a gas valve (which I provided), drained the water heater but didn't divert the water out the side door with a hose(which I provided), forgot to turn water back on to tank, and didn't wave the service call like he said. Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"

He walked us through everything we could expect during the job from noise and dust to the possibility of additional repairs like drywall or tile so there were no surprises. That level of transparency was so appreciated for two first time home owners! Scheduling was quick and seamless. And the results? Absolutely immaculate. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn?t be more pleased, even if the dogs weren't thrilled at the sounds (lol)!
