"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. I had called a Kirkland company who came out diagnosed the issue and charged me an exorbitant amount. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount. "Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

"They installed the product faster than expected and were very professional. I noticed after they left that my backyard was actually CLEANER. They took the time to actually pick up some empty water bottles and trash that a previous work crew had carelessly left in the yard. When they had to move items in my garage they were carefully moved and actually organized better on the opposite wall. I asked that they leave them there. The unit is working great and I am amazed at the gallons of humidity it has removed from my home. I compare this to another big name company that I used to install air conditioning in my previous home. I went with the price and the big name. But I have learned that in central air it is really the installation that matters. My previous unit failed inspection and they had to come out and fix problems. When the fan came on there was a big 'bang' from the plenum over the furnace bulging out. They had not allowed a large enough air opening to get to the furnace so there was a whistling sound. Sure, it cooled the house but you really knew when it came on. I highly recommend Mercurio's for their installation work especially."

"I had my sump pump replaced. Blaine explained all my options. I decided to have him replace the pump, install a deeper pit, replace and pipe the discharge line and tie it into my gutter downspout. He and his co-worker arrived right on time. They were friendly, polite and made sure to explain all the work that they were doing. He made sure that the pump operation could not be heard from inside the house. I highly recommend Seatown and plumber Blaine in particular"

He explained a possible add-on - cleaning dust from inside the furnace - but didn't pressure me to do it (but I decided it was a good idea).
