"He came at the scheduled time with the proper materials and did the job in highly proficient manner installed the hot water, circulator so that the controls were clearly visible. He explained the operation very clearly. He has my highest recommendation."

"The job was done well !!"

"Jamie was my Ace guy. He called ahead to see if he could come a little early. Okay on that. Very polite, pleasant representative for Ace. Explained all the repair (3) options and I chose one. He did that. And I'm back doing my business - so to speak. Price seemed okay, too. Ace had estimated on my first phone call. Finished price was close and seemed fair enough. Jamie's work was fast and clean. It works well now. To be comfortable dealing with a plumber is kind of exceptional. Ace is now my plumber. And Jamie is my technician. Need plumbing? Call Ace, they're okay. (Techs who do the work should have business cards to leave for customers to do referrals.)"

"We had a bathroom vent fan installed. Gold Medal was very quick to come to the house and generate a quote. The work was performed the next day. Both of the service-men were fantastic. Friendly. Professional. And kept me up-to-speed on what they were doing. The project went well and is exactly what we needed. These guys were great!"

"A very good and knowledgeable crew."

"They undoubtedly take delight in the job they do and leave everything tidy. I've worked with a few plumbers before, but these guys immediately impressed me. The work was completed quickly and correctly."
