I would recommend him and crewmen to even Kings and Queens . Benicio is a very honest, hard working and patient man. We hired the company to paint our deck. Gave him the deposit check. Two days later we started another project in the house. We called him and postponed the work for mid or late July. He didnâ t cash the check until he reached out to us in mid July to confirm that we will go forward as previously scheduled. Last weekend he came with his crew and painted the deck. We were amazed to see the care and respect they show. Although the yard is not cleaned as it is being worked on, they placed drop cloths all around the deck. They did a great job repairing the steps and painting the deck. They showed great respect to the property. They cleaned up very well before leaving. He is very honest hearted man. I We appreciated the fact that he is not money hungry. He sees people before profit. Something thatâ s very hard to find nowadays. Great Hob !!! We are very pleased.

Very bad clean I have ever had in my life. The owner came in and gave me the whole quote for the full house for $680, and I said I do not have that much budget, and asked how much would it be for only the front. Eventually we agreed with both front yard and the gutter. I cannot see the gutter, so not much to review here. For the front yard, what they did was, they blew the leaves from the front yard to the bad yard, and I saw the carry the leaf bucket and dumped the leaves to the backyard, I have expressed my disappointment and asked the owner how much they would charge to clean the back, and the owner said they cannot do it for $680 and they need to charge more for that. I can see why, because they dumped all the leaves from front yard to back yard, which I can do it myself, even worse, even the front yard is not cleaned, all branches and other stuff they refused to pick up, and mentioned they jobs are only to clean the leaves. Really? I thought it would be for full clean. I felt like a fool to hire them, and I definitely asked people to review my message before decide to hire them.

Brotherâ s Painting was very responsive, I highly recommend this company, quality work that fixed the problem I was having with my gutters.

They did excellent work. My only complaint was that waste removal was not part of the quote given me.

Benni was able to replace not only my gutter running along the backside of my house but as well as the rotten fascia board it was attached to & downspout. He gave me a price that couldn't be beat and followed up the day before to confirm he could come to complete the work. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire again!
