"Jeff was awesome. The house we are buying was in excellent overall condition. Jeff did an incredibly thorough inspection that I attended. His inspection report was comprehensive and identified a number of electrical hazards, potential plumbing hazards, and minor concerning items that I was able to bring up with the Seller. I got all of the hazards fixed and got some Seller credits for items like small areas of rotten siding and roofing that was at the end of its useful life. Jeff helped answer my questions after he completed the inspection report. We also ordered a radon and water test and Jeff got those results back to us promptly. "Domenic and team did an amazing job. I honestly have no complaints. While they did not give me the cheapest quote, they certainly were not the highest either. I bought my two family house 13 years ago and the previous owner had roof work done that was less than par. Needless to say, I had many issues with birds and squirrels over the last decade, due to unsecured fascia board around the house. When Domenic and team starting opening up the fascia to redo and secure it, they found a lot of issues with the previous roofers work. The previous roofer never wrapped the fascia completely and they never secured it correctly. It looks like they did the bare minimum. And a home inspection would have never picked it up. Domenic and team were able to redo all the fascia board, install new gutters and down spouts. I will be using them in the future to maintain my roof, along with the annual cleaning out of the gutters. "Tim and his company, On Top Roofing, definitely went the extra mile for us.    We had damage to our roof caused by tree limbs that fell on it during  the October 2011 storm.   The original adjuster that our insurance company sent only inspected the roof from the ground and we were only given enough money to replace a few damaged shingles.
Tim (of On Top Roofing) did a thorough inspection of the roof and found quite a bit of damage to the roof.  He provided an estimate and advised us that the entire  roof needed to be replaced because of the extensive damage and the impossibility of matching new shingles with the old.  He advised that we talk with our insurance agent  to get another (roof expert) adjuster to come-out and look at the roof.  The insurance company sent a roof expert to take a look at our roof - and Tim came to our house to meet the adjuster and discuss the damage.  The second adjuster did a thorough inspection of the roof and agreed with Tim that roof need to be replaced.
Tim dropped off sample roof tiles, so we could pick out the color and style of the new shingles.   He and his crew showed-up on the agreed upon day and finished the roof quickly (two days).  They did a good job cleaning up.
He he came back a few days later to walk us through his work and make sure there was nothing left to finish up.  And,  he was good with returning calls and communicated well.
The high-end architectural shingles make the whole house look great.

"Carmen fixed the electrical wiring system to my in-ground pool pump. I was so thankful that he was willing to complete the job the day after I called in order for me to get my pool up and running before the heat wave. Carmen did a great job correcting the wiring system that had been installed by the previous home owner. Carmen was professional, worked efficiently, and most importantly made the house and pool safe for me and my family."

"The original estimate was about 10% higher then a previous bid I had received. When I mentioned the other bid they offered to match the price from the other bid. Since this was a local company and the other was not I preferred to go with the local company and gave Vaillancourt the job. They were very easy to work with and very professional.  On the day of the job I was scheduled to be the their second stop of the day around late morning. They were delayed with their morning job but had the courtesy to call to tell me they were running about 2 hours late. They where then there as expected. The job took them less the 4 hours to complete including cleanup. They put tarps over everything to protect the house, deck and garden and there was not a scrap of paper or nail in site when the job was done. The new roof looks fantastic.
After completion they did a visual inspection for any possible damage. They found a small (Less then 1") tear in a screen and asked if that was there before or if they had caused it, offering to repair it. I assured them it was already there and not their fault.
I will definitely call them back when it is time to do the roof on the rest of the house.
