We've been clients of John's since the initial quote & service provided. Extremely professional, polite & kind hearted. My neighbor saw we were having our roof serviced, she inquired about John & he worked her in, the same day. Wonderful! Hard to find that level of dedication & service anywhere anymore. John has it!

Originally the roof inspection was scheduled for a couple of days after I first contacted HomeAdvisor online, (the scheduled ate was done online without speaking to Mr. Halliday). However, Mr. Halliday contacted me the same day I visited the HomeAdvisor website, and he arranged to inspect the roof 2 days earlier. He showed up on time, was very professional, showed me photos of the roof and repairs needed and clearly explained the materials to be used in making the repairs. He provided detailed options, a price quote and I hired him. The work was completed a day ahead of my original scheduled appointment date. Mr. Halliday provided photos of the completed job. He and his partner were professional, personable and delivered timely excellent service. I'm most grateful for the connection, and I plan on hiring him to do additional work on the exterior on my home. Additionally, as a resident of Baltimore City I have had difficulty hiring contractors willing to work in an urban setting or who offer to work in my neighborhood but only for inflated prices. Mr. Halliday did not hesitate to come to my home and provide an fair estimate and I would confidently recommend him to others.
