    The sales person was consistently calling me prior to the contract was signed, he was very smooth talking and promised a lot but the action did not match his promises. I.e. he told us the starting date of the work, no one show up that date; he was going to call and let us know when they show up to work and he did not; we had questions about the clean up and we left him multiple voice messages, he did not return calls. The credibility of this contractor is not trust worthy.

    I had a horrible experience with this company. They did not finish the work that we hired them to do in our church. Some projects were not completed while others were not even started. There were 2 guys sent to do the remodel however, only one of the guys was actually working. Therefore, my husband had to step in and help the guy. The GC--Judson who we hired made no adjustments, no contributions to get someone else on site to assist the one worker. When I spoke with him regarding this, he was rude and hung up on me. This was suppose to be a 3-day project that turned into 6 days still incomplete. In addition to the unmet project deadline, wrong baseboards were purchased which took time that they did not have. Ultimately, the one worker that was working, hurt his toe and had to leave and so we were left with 2 doors off the hinges, thresholds not done, hardware off 4 of our doors, and a mess to clean up outside. No one called us, and no one was sent to not only finish the work but even review what work had been done. This was a complete nightmare and Judson the owner of this company has finally reached out not to apologize for his unprofessionalism, rudeness, lack of management, etc. but for the final payment of work that hasn't been completed or even checked by him. I don't want this review to hurt, but to help. Prayerfully, it will and no one will have to experience what we did because K&J Home Services will endeavor to do better in ALL ASPECTS! We have no problem paying for work thats actually done and done correctly.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
