With a leaking roof and a storm fast approaching, Karma accommodated us by installing a temporary patch on a Saturday and returning after the storm to install the permanent repair.

When the vacationing owner calls you from Costa Rica to be sure his team has arrived, that is service above and beyond. The work crew was very organized and neat and left my entire backyard in better condition than when they found it. Phil as the coordinator was clear, attentive and ready to be of service at any moment. Glad to recommend. Who works on Christmas week? Karma!

Flat roof replacement is difficult. Karma was the lowest bid and did a super job. The highest bidder did my former roof and cheated me by putting a covering over 2 layers of preexisting roof discovered in this work. I highly recommend Sergei and Jordan at Karma with no reservations

The owner's are great. They are reliable, honest, fair, and understanding. They know what they are doing and get the work done in a reasonable time frame. We had a TPO roof installed by them and we were very happy, since then we have had an array of smaller jobs done by KARMA. We will continue to use them for our commercial projects large and small.

Redid a 23' X 23' carport roof. Did a great job and went above and beyond. Roof required more insulation to provide the appropriate slope and required a new gutter and downspout not in the original estimate. Did not charge more than the estimate which was already more than 30% lower than other estimates for comparable work.
