????? Deeply Disappointed ? Think Twice Before Hiring I had high hopes for my $13,500 stamped concrete patio project with Karma Group, but it has turned into a frustrating, drawn-out nightmare. After over a year and a half of delays and excuses, I?m left with poor-quality work and zero accountability. The patio color is completely wrong, the stamping is uneven, and there are clear kneeling pad impressions in the surface. A poorly designed ramp is now a tripping hazard. Weeks after the initial pour, they returned with a circular saw to patch cracks, leaving jagged, mismatched lines. They even cut and left my downspouts hanging. Multiple independent contractors have since confirmed this was a sloppy, substandard job. The company themselves admitted the concrete supplier was bad, yet they?ve done nothing to make it right. I?ve been getting the runaround for far too long?and I?m now considering civil court action. Avoid the stress and financial loss.

With a leaking roof and a storm fast approaching, Karma accommodated us by installing a temporary patch on a Saturday and returning after the storm to install the permanent repair.

When the vacationing owner calls you from Costa Rica to be sure his team has arrived, that is service above and beyond. The work crew was very organized and neat and left my entire backyard in better condition than when they found it. Phil as the coordinator was clear, attentive and ready to be of service at any moment. Glad to recommend. Who works on Christmas week? Karma!

Flat roof replacement is difficult. Karma was the lowest bid and did a super job. The highest bidder did my former roof and cheated me by putting a covering over 2 layers of preexisting roof discovered in this work. I highly recommend Sergei and Jordan at Karma with no reservations

The owner's are great. They are reliable, honest, fair, and understanding. They know what they are doing and get the work done in a reasonable time frame. We had a TPO roof installed by them and we were very happy, since then we have had an array of smaller jobs done by KARMA. We will continue to use them for our commercial projects large and small.

Redid a 23' X 23' carport roof. Did a great job and went above and beyond. Roof required more insulation to provide the appropriate slope and required a new gutter and downspout not in the original estimate. Did not charge more than the estimate which was already more than 30% lower than other estimates for comparable work.

Karma Home Designs and their representative Jordan did a great job repairing our leaking roof and the related interior damage. They were quite responsive and the work was high quality and looks really great.
