Compton Drains

Was in a panic thinking that I was going to be without water over the weekend, and received a phone call helping me bypass my water softener, so that I had usable water, and was told I really didn t need this softener, it was obsolete. Thought I was going to have to spend a couple hundred dollars to have it fixed, to find out I really didn t need it at all. AAA++ Rating to Compton Drains for being an Honest service provider

Justin called the same day, fixed the problem on my 21 year old hot water tank. I decided to replace it and he returned later in the week to replace the water heater. Timely, pleasant and efficient. Very pleased.

Had a corroded drain. Had to replace bathtub with fiberglass shower enclosure and do various other repairs. Took a little longer than I hoped but the job was done professionally and would recommend.

After two other quotes for my A.O. Smith Water heater I chose to go with Compton Drains. When I told Todd that another contractor thought the issue was something else Todd was quick to do more research and then agreed that the computer module might be the problem. Todd did a complete assessment of the water heater shared his professional opinion that I might need to replace the water heater but could also wait for a few months. He got the heater working for the weekend until the part came in. He did not pressure me to replace what I know is going to be $1500. The part was replaced quickly and he even worked late into the evening to ensure that we had hot water. He was very honest about the reality of the 10 year old tank and offered that if I purchased the tank from somewhere else he would go with me to find the correct one and he would install it. He has called me everyday to ensure that I had hot water, and even though the water heater is still not 100% it works intermittently enough until we can get it replaced. He has certainly earned my continued business.

I woke up to a flooding basement due to a sump pump issue. Todd from Compton Drains arrived within an hour after I called and was able to fix the issue in minutes.

Compton Drains took care of my water heater issue as I thought that I would be needing to replace the tank. After looking at the tank and making some adjustments, I was told that I could wait to replace the tank and use the money on something else. I appreciated the honesty as he could have replaced the tank and taken my $1,600.00 which I was expecting to pay. I am appreciative that he didn't do this as others might have because I could use this money to pay for another things. I know I am going to have to replace the tank within the year and when I do I will use Compton Drains. He even told me that the service charge I was charged will be credited back when I do replace the tank which is awesome.

They came out that day to help with the leak.
