"The technician arrived on time. He was very personable, provided information on the work to be performed and proceeded in doing the job in a professional and highly proficient manner. He did clean up after the machine extracted all of the built up compacted lint. Unfortunately, it was windy outside and some lint particles somehow got into the house when the deck door was opened. The price for the service provided was reasonable; however, the estimate for duct cleaning for the entire house appeared to be high. It was explained that the price as quoted, i.e., $550, was based on the fact my house had three systems. I will have to compare such quote with that of other companies. All in all, my experience with this company was excellent."
