Tech fixed insulation on door that was falling into fan motor.  He removed debris.  I'm sure all of the other tune-up items were completed, but these were the ones of note that could I feel could have been a big issue.
He brought down one of the capacitors that was on the fritz and showed me the tests were just outside of the 6% tolerance.  He gave me a quote for the replacement.  However, I have a home warranty that will replace the items when it finally fails, so I choose not to replace it at the time (maybe next year if I make it through this summer).

While the work was done professionally, I was surprised that he wanted another hour to install the two valves and that I got this story about disagreement between the AL sales department and his company.

The team that came to install the unit was polite, professional, and worked hard to get the job done. They let me inspect the installation prior to leaving and were able to address all of my questions. They even installed a new Thermostat (that I had previously purchased) per my last minute request and they did it without hesitation. The unit has been installed for about 3 months now and we are extremely satisfied. Overall, a great experience.
