"I have winter service for my Central A/C and summer service also. The tech discover a capacitor that was losing some of it's value and asked if he should replace it. I said OK."

"Keith and Bunnie, the dynamic duo who both truly represent the model of what a professional family business should entail, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet my family's HVAC needs again for a second time in less than a year. This time my family's HVAC servicing needs required installing a digital/automatic fan operating whole house humidifier and removing a dated bypass whole house humidifier as well as a furnace tune-up. The installation involved much wiring, retrofitting the ductwork to accommodate the new humidifier, a little drilling from inside the house to the outdoors to install the outdoor sensor. By my own standards I am a tough customer in terms of my expectations, due diligence(research/questions/vetting competitive bids), taking contractors to task to ensure their compentence level meets my expectations. Keith is very friendly, accommodating, and a highly skilled craftsman who treats his professional with tremendous pride - which has always been on full display on both occasions during service visits. During the installation, Keith as a courtesy tapped/tie in pointed my secondary backup condensation pipeline into the existing pipeline that discharges into my sump pump to avert possible water leaks. My sumpump is connected to a French Trough Drainage System. It appeared that my home was being serviced by 3 professionals in 1 ( HVAC, Electrician, and Plumber). I was and continue to be impressed with Keith's vast knowledge as a HVAC professional and I am equally impressed with his wife Bunnie who handles the administrative side of the business/direct contact with the public. She is a pleasure to speak with and consistently anticipates the needs of the customer. I highly recommend Airco Heating Cooling."

"Great. Alex is a knowledgeable HVAC tech and a great human. He explained every details and got the installation done nicely in one session."

"He arrived at pm on a Friday and stayed till 10:30 pm. He told us it needed to be replaced and just fixed it to get us through the summer. A new system would have cost us 8,000, but he fixed it for us for 350.00 , just to get through the summer. It is still running till this day. We knew we would have to get a new system eventually. He will be coming to install a new system next week. I have recommended him to three other family members, they love his work."

"Great 1 day installation of HVAC systems. AC and furnace. Great customer service."

"They come once a year. They don't appear to have a standard checklist for what their technicians are suppose to do. Consequently, everyone does something different. In addition to that, they don't appear to have the appropriate training because they come up with various levels of conclusions. One guy might say everything is fine, another guy says you need a new air conditioner. Another guy says a new humidifier and a new filter. It's nice that they come and look at the furnace. I can get about as much out of it if I send them a picture. I had this done for about 10 times and that's what's occurred in over 10 visits. Some people re excellent. They do a wonderful job. Other people are clueless. They want his and they want that. The air conditioner is still running and that was two years ago. On the other hand because of that service contract, if there's any problem, I go to the top of the list for prioritization. I get an immediate response for anything I call in. For the most part, I think it's the labor, there's no cost on minor repairs. I pay them $28 a month. They come when you call them and they do a reasonable job."

"Joe found that there was mold in the duct work. It was enough that the duct work had to be replaced. It could not be cleaned. Even after spending a fair amount of time, Joe told me that the cleaning was not enough. He said he would not charge me for his time. He was so nice about the situation that I did him some money for his time. He also followed up to make sure the replacement went well. I would recommend G&T for any duct & dryer vent cleaning for residential or commercial use."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Not a repair but a central air conditioning service plus freon added. Dustin was professional and answered my questions."

"Highly Recommend!! Scott Shannon ,the owner, showed up totally prepared for our meeting. After reviewing installation requirement and listening to my budget concerns, Scott provided me with a quote. I hired him and two days later the AC was installed."
