After reading MANY reviews from several Well services and based on the VERY positive feedback for Angel’s, gave them a call. They answered right away. ‘Dawson’ was at my house the next day with everything we needed. He ended up replacing the well pump AND the bladder. My husband went outside and in the garage with him to understand what was involved in the replacement and said Dawson was very knowledgeable. He educated him on what he was doing and why, as well as preventative maintenance on the new system. I spoke with him a few minutes before he packed his truck up and he couldn’t be more nice and respectful. They're price is VERY fair. I know he had to travel a decent way to Dallas for us and did not charge us for the trip. We would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for someone who knows his business and provides an excellent service at a very fair price. Thank you again Dawson!"

"Called several places for quotes and decided on G Force plumbing. Rob J came by on Jan 4th 2016 to initially install a 50 gallon electric water heater. I then decided during the install that I should go ahead and replace the gas water heater located in the basement as well since both were the same age. Rob made a call to have a gas water heater delivered to my home and installed two water heaters the same day. Rob was great and very professional. Fast forward to December 12th when I had my furnace tuneup performed by a Heat/Air company. The guy noticed that an expansion tank was installed in the upstairs water heater but not the downstairs. He suggested I contact the company that installed the water heater. I contacted G Force to ask if that was normal. Jamie had indicated that Rob may have thought that the one expansion tank was all that was needed due to how he thought the water lines were configured. Jamie did say that an expansion tank should be installed in by the basement water heater after describing to him the number of bathrooms we had at the house and where each water heater was located. Two nice guys from G Force came by five days later to install the expansion tank and finished the job within 20 min. Installed two water heaters and pressure reducing valve. Everyone I dealt with at G Force have been nice and professional. I will definitely use them for my rental properties."

"I noticed a Big Deal posting for American Freedom for 2 hours of labor at $99.  I also noticed that all of the previous reviews for American Freedom were very good.  While looking at the Big Deal I noticed there was another one for water heater replacement.  I called James to get more info about the water heaters they use and to see if I wanted to buy the deal for replacement or buy my own from Lowes or Home Depot and use the 2 hour labor deal to have one of his plumbers handle the install.
I called James on a Saturday.  He answered the questions I had and even though one of the deals was about to expire, he said I could still use it.   He called me back on Monday as agreed and I scheduled an appointment for the following day.  Rob arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday to handle the repairs.  He checked out the water heater and then I showed him the other jobs I was interested in getting resolved while he was there - both showers had leaky faucets and one toilet wouldn't shut off when filling.  After he wrote up the quote, I agreed to do the following:  big deal for the water heater replacement, big deal for 2 hours of labor at $99, and the toilet repair (could've done this one but decided to have Rob go ahead and take care of it while he was here and have all current issues resolved). 
Rob did a great job on the work which also involved adding a thermal expansion tank to bring the water heater to code.  One of the faucet repairs didn't cooperate which caused Rob to stay over longer than expected.  He had to do some extra work and also had to go through sheetrock from the closet to get to the fixture to complete the repair.  Rob did not charge extra for this added work and the sheetrock cuts were neat so that the original pieces can be reused to repair the wall.  Also, part of the cast iron drain pipe had to be replaced with pvc to resolve another leak at the tub.
I am pleased with the work that Rob did and am glad I had him do the faucet repair instead of trying it myself - especially after the work he put into it to properly fix it (sounds like it should have been a simple repair but it wasn't).   The next time I need plumbing service I plan to call James at American Freedom first and I will ask if Rob is available to come out.  My main concern when I knew I needed a new water heater was who to call?  With the big deal offer and the good recommendations on Angie's List for American Freedom from previous customers my decision was made easier.

"My sump pump was not working. They came out right away. The pump was not working because the float switch was stuck, I have been told. They recommended me to replace the switch with different type, but did not charge me for coming out. I plan to replace the pump in near future but not at this time."
