"My installer Samuel was top notch, very detailed, pleasant, answered all my questions. Excellent representative. The only problem I had was miscommunication on their end as I was told available payment options and Samuel was told another. Did not affect installation or quality of work at all."

"I had an emergency with a broken/frozen water pipe. Bruce responded quickly and repaired it in no time. This involved crawling under a house in icy and wet conditions. I am so glad to have someone dependable and fair to call on.

"The service was great and fast. They came right out, found and fixed the problem. The only reason I gave four stars was because of the upcharge on parts. Theyre charging you for the call, labor and materials per job, but they add more than the parts cost or others would charge. Lesson learned here, if you do hire make sure you get a written estimate with a detailed item and price list. It cost me 285.00 to replace an outdoor spigot...a bit on the high side but the service tech was great!"
