"I highly recommend Matthew and his crew, if you are looking for HVAC work to be done. My wife and I just purchased this house built in 1989. The HVAC configuration in the attic was either original equipment, poorly patched work, or equipment that was not compatible with the new air conditioner. I had gotten in-person estimates from 3 other companies and here's what made me go with South Belt: Matthew understood that my wife and I had a tight budget, so he clearly provided us with what COULD be replaced and what NEEDED to be replaced. "They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"We had a new unit installed and the work was completed properly .The workers were polite and knew what they were doing.We had a few minor adjustments that had to be made but our phone calls were either taken care of over the phone or if needed someone would come out to fix problem.Job well done!"

"DAVID HAD TO RAISE AND RE-HANG THE HVAC UNIT FROM THE RAFTERS OF THE HOME AS IT WAS INITIALLY INSTALLED IMPROPERLY.  THE UNIT NOW DRAINS PROPERLY INTO THE PLUMBING SYSTEM.  HE ALSO DISCOVERED A FAULTY HEAT LIMITING SWITCH ON THE FURNACE - NOT A MINOR ISSUE - AND REPLACED IT AND TESTED THE SYSTEM.  FINAL COST WAS MUCH LESS THAN HIS INITIAL ESTIMATE.   DAVID IS ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY POLITE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT HVAC SYSTEMS, AND VERY REASONABLE IN HIS PRICING.  I SIMPLY WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE FOR MY HVAC NEEDS AS THIS COMPANY IS SIMPLY THE BEST.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They said they ran out of hot water and left my carpet smelling very bad. I had paid them $364 which was to include deodorizer to shampoo 5 rooms, a hallway and 11 steps. They told me that the bad odor would go away after about a day or two. There were no heavily soiled areas or stains. They did come back on redo, but on return trip, they sprayed the bacterial spray but did not re-shampoo the carpet first."
