"Grove Heating & Cooling came to the rescue 5/17 after another local company couldn't complete the job. We needed our heat pump/compressor moved for the installation of a patio then reconnected. The "other" company disconnected then couldn't schedule to finish even after giving them a months notice ahead of time. We found Grove and gave them a call. It was after hours and the on-call tech returned the call. He wasn't able to come out that night but made sure to call to schedule the very next morning. By noon we had service to reconnect the heat pump and 3 hours later we were up and running. Everyone at Grove were so responsive and went out of their way to make sure we felt like a priority. You can really tell why they have been in business as long as they have been with how well they treat their customers on top of being technically proficient. Our family is now a super fan and advocate for Grove. Highly Recommended! Mike"

I now understand why they are so highly rated. The owner, Chris, called me immediately and worked around my schedule. It s not often that the owner comes to your house in person to handle the call. He was punctual,professional, and even played with my dog! I thought I was on borrowed time with my current heat pump based on what another large company told me 3 years ago when they tried to get me to replace it. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn t need, Chris spent over an hour running up and down stairs, going in and out of a crawl space in 90 degree heat fixing my unit! He never tried to sell me anything I didn t need and said I could even get several more years out of the unit. I was so impressed by his honesty and integrity. I have recommended Pro-Tech to everyone I know and will not hesitate to have them replace my heat pump when the time comes."
