"I highly recommend Apex-based "A. Maynor Heating & A/C", who replaced my furnace and the entire central air conditioning system (outside condenser unit, inside evaporator coil, and new refrigerant lines) on 7-17-2020 at my Cary house. I also had them install the new outside condenser unit on the opposite side of the house (where it's in the shade, able to operate more effectively) compared to where the original condenser was (in the direct sun). All of their personnel were very competent, polite, prompt, and a pleasure to interact with, from Christy & Tammy in the office, to Carlos & Louis who performed the initial inspection & diagnosis of the original system that had failed, to Norm who performed the house "load calculation", recommended the appropriate new system, and who (since he's a licensed electrician) modified the wiring at the electrical panel as needed for the new condenser location, to Ramon & Christian who performed the new installation, and to Robert who performed the post-installation check and installed a new condensate pump."

"Advanced Appliance & Air Repair is the best company we ever dealt with! They are professional, knowledgeable, honest & the nicest people to deal with! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done! Joe & Sean are great & also any other worker who has come out to our home from their company! We recommended them to our own family members & they were very satisfied! You won’t be disappointed!"

"Answered all my questions and dealt with my concerns. Made sure I got all rebates and/or discounts I qualified for. Guys who installed it were great. So far, overall good experience. Waiting for rebate check from heat pump manufacturer."

"Flawlessly, as best as I can tell here the day after the service was completed. Neatest job done by any provider for this kind of service, and this is our 4th heat pump system at this address."

"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Price was ridiculous for work that was actually done - I will take the heat on this one as we did not do the initial request correctly. We should have gotten a better quote but we did not really know what was actually needed"

"I had been told by a repairman from a company I had a service contract with that my furnace badly needed a cleaning and was quoted a price of $600 for the job as well as an additional $400 to remove a nonworking humidifier. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it. He showed me what he was doing, explained how my heating system worked, and charged me a fair price for the job. I would certainly call Dominion again for any HVAC needs."

"I found Landen Heating and Cooling about 15 years ago. Jason installed a heat pump and replaced my gas pack. They understand customer service. I too have a small tax practice and I understand the power of treating customers with respect. I highly recommend Jason Landen Heating and Cooling. They are prompt, professional and friendly. "Customer service is your best friend. So if you need need an HVAC company call Jason Landen. This company still does business the old fashioned way- they APPRECIATE their customers and will go the extra mile to solve their problems. This is a family business and I have never had a bad experience with company."

"Very friendly and serviced my HVAC system quickly. They did a complete diagnostic of my system. They replaced the faulty part, showing me the failed part and how it was failing. They also performed a very thorough service cleaning of the unit. All for a fair price. I recommend them and I will use them again."

"Received several quotes from multiple vendors to replace upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. 6 and Fix Heating and Cooling quote was the best as they had a wider selection of HVAC systems for a better price, and warranty. Did a great job!"
