"Bottom line - I am happy with our three-head ductless Mitsubishi heat pump installation. It now functions properly and looks good inside and out. Controllers work well. Units are super quiet. Price was mid-range so reasonable. But…it was not a smooth road to get to this outcome. Started off well with a quick response to do a site visit and prepare an estimate. The tech was knowledgeable and provided accurate information (I had consulted with a home energy consultant and did online research). It took some work on my part to get a correct final bid that included the proper rebates – I had to correct their first one because it was for two heads rather than three and then get the rebate deducted. Scheduling the installation was easy and prompt and was done in 1.5 days. The two person team had good judgement about where to put the external conduits and locate the heat pump. BUT – they installed the refrigerant lines incorrectly (crossed the connections to the pump) so the heads iced up and then leaked water. They came back a few days later to fix the problem and now the heads work fine. But they did not properly reinstall the sheathing around the lines, which City inspector noted. So they had to come out again to fix this. They have a great zero percent financing deal with Synchrony bank but could not answer questions about how it worked, the terms, etc. Took a fair bit of time to sort this out with the bank, but seems to be set up now. I asked three times to get copy of warranty and registration of equipment with Mitsubishi for my records but never did receive this."

"We had Kris come out today and clean the heat ducts and the blower fan. He did a phenomenal job! He showed us before and after pictures and the difference was amazing. We have used greenwood for over 10 years and they have always taken good of us. I highly recommend them"

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. AirPros also treated me like family. Go with this family business, you will be happy."

John was super helpful all through and especially during the phase when we were extremely confused with the options and considerations of heat pump vs AC, sizing, features and efficiency vs ROI. The experience and expertise were very clear and we felt John was someone we could trust and rely on. It didn’t hurt that his quote was the best too. It was also good to have the assurance that it is a family run business hence the actual install person is a designated person (John’s son David) upfront and someone John could vouch for. Once we made the decision, the lead time was less than a week and executed in a timely manner. There was a minor surprise due to our previous installation issues but John took care of that without additional costs. For the actual installation, David and Sergio showed very good attention to detail. As John vouched for him earlier, David indeed demonstrated a strong sense of accountability with a positive & patient demeanor. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend"

They had someone drive out immediately (my home is in a VERY remote location), and Marqus arrived by 3pm. The issue was fixed by 3:45pm. This company has EXCELLENT service, and I could not recommend them enough!"
