I was willing to do some of the work. Sent a list of what I would like done and got a new estimate, with virtually had the same as the first. Only change was to eliminate some insulation. Service rep followed up with an inspection after the job was complete. Only 2 things I could say were slightly annoying were the screws left on the garage floor (but I was expecting some anyway from a previous contractor's work) and the fact that the sales rep did not deliver the rebate forms until it was almost too late to claim the rebate."

"On 3/13/19 we woke-up without any heat so I put in a call to Paradise Heating right on the dot of 8:00 and who should answer the phone but John (the owner). He understood my anxiety because there was a big snow storm (and cold temps) about hit all of CO. John scheduled us in right away for a call that morning. The problem turned out to be a quite a tricky one that he was able to figure out ... but ... he was going to have to make a trip downtown to pick up some parts RIGHT AS THE SNOW STORM WAS GATHERING STRENGTH. John gave me a call once he got to the supplier because it took him longer than expected (due to some traffic lights failing) and gave me an update on when he expected to be back at my place. By the time John got back there was already inches of snow onthe roads and it was getting slick, but, John didn't hesitate about continuing with the repair and it was another hour before he had fixed our furnace and he could head home.
