"TDH is an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. We received quotes from 6 different companies to replace our systems, and TDH came in the second cheapest. However, they had much better reviews than the cheaper company, they were recommended by our next door neighbors who had just used them to replace their system, and they provided a better warranty than any of the six companies (12 years, parts and labor, fully transferrable, and no ability for the company to cancel or refuse warranty service for lack of routine cleaning or other conditions). They were also equally or more professional and thorough as any other company during the process of getting quotes. The installation process went well; they sent a team of four people who worked for almost 12 hours to get everything replaced in both systems. They were clean throughout the process (wore coverings over their shoes, laid down protection pads over all floors, kept all packaging materials outside and then cleaned them up, etc.). A few days after the install, on a Sunday, we had a particularly hot day, and it turned out that the freon needed to be adjusted slightly in one of the systems. I used the company's website to request a service technician to contact me, and I received a call back within 3 minutes from an actual technician. He told me that he could be to my house in 2 hours, which he achieved. I was amazed! The website request form is for anyone, not just someone who had a system installed in the last couple weeks, so I am so excited to have that kind of post-installation support available for the next 12 years. I really can't say enough good things about this company."

"Chris was very profesional, punctual and kind when he repaired my dryer, he even had the part right in his truck. I also asked him to fix my dishwasher, so he came back with a new part he ordered. After an hour and a half Chris realized he wasn't going to be able to fix it properly and suggested to buy a new one instead, gave me tips about brands to look for and stores where delivery and installation are free. "Veteran Air Cleaning Services was great to work with! We bought a new house, and the former owners had pets. After the vents were cleaned, the house smelled fresh. No more dog smell. When Josh and Kyle came, I also had electricians working in the kitchen. They were able to work around the other people, as well as keep me informed of everything they were doing. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "June of 2017, our 29 year old A/C unit quite working. It was known prior to contacting Tritan Services. A phone call was made to Tritan on a Monday morning at 6:30AM. Ted returned my call within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit to our home at 9:30AM that same day! Ted and Chad looked at the unit determined all refrigerant charge has been dissipated. It was a high humidity 90°F + day and this was the 1st truly hot week forecasted for the summer. Ted stated that the evaporator coil in our furnace required replacement as well as the condenser coil with a compressor. He quoted a very reasonable price and after installation, that is what is cost. Being an HVAC programmer in the industrial world, people like Ted and Chad unfortunately are a rare type. Knowing he gave a reasonable price and did not take advantage in any way shape or form, the job was purchased. Ted and Chad; removed the existing evaporator coil, condensing unit, picked up the new evaporator coil and condensing unit, installed it and were done by 2PM. There have been ZERO issues. After installation, the thermostat in the house had to be raised 2°F because the A/C worked better than ever and our electrical consumption dropped nearly 20%. Just fantastic service. The humidity in the house is finally being removed properly. This company is a model of stellar customer service, professional knowledge and technical expertise. It is a relief to have a company who can be trusted."

"J. Blanton did an excellent job installing two brand new water heaters in my two flat.  After searching, talking to friends and family, and getting several estimates I decided on J. Blanton.   From the onset, they were courteous and patient with me.  It took some time for me to respond to the initial estimate and another month to schedule the installation but J. Blanton was patient with me  (my water heaters were still functioning but barely hanging on).  I even had to reschedule installation twice yet they were pleasant each time and patient with me.  
On the day of installation, they arrived promptly as promised and in fact the office called letting me know their plumbers/truck had left their yard.   This was very comforting, since I tend to become anxious, in general, when waiting for appointments and service calls. The installation went as outlined and by 2:00 pm that afternoon I had my water heaters installed.  Soon after I had hot water.  I was so happy!
As they began to clean up, the mature plumber of the two,  took time to review the features of the units.  He showed me the warranty and pointed out other functions.  I was very impressed!
