"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"I've used Thermal Quality for the past 16 years on many projects (windows, doors, siding, gutters) and they have always been the best! They care about their service, stand behind their products and offer a competitive price. Can't go wrong with Kevin, Fran, Mitch and the rest of the crew!"

"We highly recommend JA Drywall. They are the best contractors we have used in the South Jersey area! We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. Juan checked in with us regularly and visited to check the progress and quality of the work. They communicated really well - from arranging arrival times in the morning, and during the work to inform us about the progress of the project and to ask if any adjustments were required. They are extremely customer focussed and wanted to ensure we were happy at every stage of the work. They took a lot of care and went above and beyond to protect the wood floors and walls from damage when they had to bring the drywall through the house to the attic. During the job they were very tidy and cleaned up before they left every evening. We were also impressed with the attention to detail on the job which resulted in a great finish on the walls and trim work. Thank you Juan, Isaias, Noelle, Jorge and the rest of your crew. We were extremely happy with your work. Thank you. All round A+"

"There were a lot of issues initially and I contacted Angie’s List and you were able to help us resolve it. What happened was that I got the deal, I wanted my daughter to use it because the kind of windows that they were going to install weren’t appropriate for my house and I felt that my daughter can profit from that under the circumstances better than I could. So she took the deal and it was not so good initially because apartments were not kept but it turned out fine because they got the windows done and they were pleased with them. They honored the price for two windows. The problem was with scheduling and that sort of thing. The issue was not really honoring the commitment to come at a certain time or to get the work done by a certain time. They did a good job of installation once they did it. I only had one contact with them and I wasn’t happy with that because he wanted to do a complete inspection of the house and I was focused on the windows not so much so on insulation. So I knew that wasn’t good for me and I wasn’t happy with that interaction but here again, in all fairness my daughter was satisfied with the interaction that she had."

"Nice job...they had to chisel out some of the concrete to fit the door just right at the bottom..you would never know they were there..mixed cement and built up the area..looks good"

"Great. I was very pleased with Jeremy (the sales guy who I think owns the company) as well as Larry (the installer). They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. Jeremy was able to customize my contract to my needs and deliver a reasonable cost estimate. Larry installed the equipment very quickly and was super responsive and helpful after the installation was complete. This is where they really went above and beyond, because they could have just moved to their next job, but the follow-up was terrific."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"Mike did an excellent job repairing my PVC fence which had become partly disarticulated due to high winds. I will definitely hire him again, even for a more involved job."

"We recently moved into our home and found that the heat tape around pipes in our crawl space were old and did not look safe. John came out to give us an estimate quick and gave us a good price. We went with him and he completed the job in just a few hours. He even told us the outlet it was plugged into looked bad and installed a new outlet for free. John is a reliable guy and a good worker. I have recommended him to family."

"Refacing is a great option if you don’t want to buy all new cabinets. Working with Reed was easy- he helped us match the color and style of our current cabinets. The new doors and drawers all have the easy soft close hinges- so nice! Reed is a great guy- polite, honest, responsive! We’re very happy with the updated cabinets!!"
