Taking the front doors off and restoring them in a shop is the only way to do this! They color choice was beautiful. The project was completed on time as promised. All of the doors look better than when they were new! People stop and look at our doors and continuously rave about how beautiful they look. Great job, responsive service. "Called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston on 12/7/2015 in the morning around 9am and they advised that a tech was close by and would be at the home within an hour.  Dillon arrived and looked over the springs that went out and advised it would take 30mins to 1hr.  The springs were replacement within 30mins and Dillon took extra time to how to properly maintain the garage door with what kind of product and recommended to replace the rolls to reduce the noise when opening and closing the garage door.

"Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."

"We contracted for this work in June 2014.  At the time, HRR Services was doing other work on our home, and Phillip (the manager) encouraged my husband to use HRR for the A/C replacement.  We were told that the replacement would be in after a week, two weeks at the most.  Because we were assured a quick installation and were told that the installation would not interfere with the other work going on at the house, we agreed.  We went through almost all of July, over a month, before the new unit was installed.  And this happened only after I followed up multiple times with Phillip.  Phillip first told me that his installer was busy, and then wasn't returning phone calls.  Phillip ended up using one of his crew members to install the unit.  Though the installation went smoothly, it took away from time that the crew could have been spending on the other repairs to the house. And after the unit was installed it needed repairs.  Those were addressed promptly after we notified HRR.
HRR would receive a better rating overall if not for the significant delay in installation and the unreliability of its outside AC installer.  We did like the crew member (Marcus) who ended up performing the installation."

"We received a response to our request on the same day and they came out the following day to measure. After the initial measurement and commitment to order, Sunlite Exteriors took it a step further to have a second employee re-measure the windows to double check the measurements and ensure they were correct prior to placing the order. We had 4 companies provide estimates for our window replacements including big box stores like Lowe's and a really overpriced, in home / hard sell company. Sunlite Exteriors came in a slight bit higher than Lowe's in price, but made up for it in volumes with their customer service and quality of installation. Quality installation and longevity was important to us since we plan to stay in our home. They installed the windows on the original date that was provided and completed the job in 1 day's time (we had 9 windows to replace total). We were very happy with their responsiveness along with the quality of their work and have not only recommended them to others in the neighborhood, but are planning to have them to complete additional exterior work. Note that Sunlite Exteriors indicated they only do exterior (carpentry, roofing, gutters, siding, exterior painting, etc.) and no interior work. I would always encourage people to read the reviews (and not from the vendor's websites, but independent reviews of any installer before deciding on your choice. I'm not suggesting that you'll always have a bad experience with the lowest bidders, but do suggest that everyone also consider the benefits of supporting local businesses where typically $0.85 of every dollar stays in our local Houston economy."
