"Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results."

This job involved new construction for both doors so I wanted the installer to arrive earlier than 10:00.   I talked to several individuals at the company but could not get any help on this issue.  I even asked to speak with the owner but the said he was out of town. The excuse was that the installer had to go to the warehouse to get the doors before going to a customers house. Not a good reason to me.  Every major thing I've done to my home the installers had to pick up the materials before coming to my house and they were at 8:00.  The installer arrived on time and had every thing he needed to do the job.  The front door was installed in about 3/12 hours with out damage to my walls or molding.  He cleaned up very well around the inside and outside of the house.  The side door was installed in about the same amount of time.  There was some damage to the drywall around the door on the inside of the house and the installer did not caulk around the molding like he did the front door.

When I called the company about it they gave me a hard time about sending someone out to patch the holes because I signed the paper work.  The second person I talked to said someone was coming out the next day but instead I got a phone call saying I should not have signed the paper work.  I explained to her that I understood that but the holes were put there by the installer and they should repair them. I told her I had pictures so she had me email them to her. When no one called me back I called them again they were still trying not to send some one out. When I told Roz that the money for the doors was being provided by a grant and I was not going to approve final payment until the holes were fixed she arranged for someone to come out the next day.  It took the guy 15min to patch the holes and caulk around the door.

"That was rushed into production and replaced a week later. The only problem was the smell of the caulking...but we were able to air the house good since it was warm at the time. It cleared up within 24hrs.These are our 2nd replacement windows and the difference is quite amazing...No air leaks and quieter in the house. I think the proper installation is the key. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."

"I would recommend Hammer Time for window replacement. We received a no hassle quote and then we were given time to think about the offer. Other companies kept lowering the price every time we said no or that we wanted to think about the offer. One company lowered their original quote from over ten thousand dollars before we said we were not going to sign and Hammer Time still beat the price. Hammer Time gave us a very good time frame as to when the windows would be made and installed and they still beat that time frame by a few weeks. The installers were neat and cleaned up all of the mess plus asked us if we saw anything they needed to do or clean up before they left. The windows and Hammer Time exceeded our expectations!"
