"I was very pleased with The experience. Jason had a number of options for me and helped me decide on the best for my door. I decided on a "hard maintenance" which was light sanding, stain and several layers of varnish. Jason was flexible, punctual and very friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked. "The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"The work was started on a Friday, but rain interrupted the work. The final two clear coats were done the following Monday afternoon. The door color and wood grain appearance look as good now when it was new. The refinishing process requires that the door be removed and laid out on sawhorses. The work was all done in my front yard. I have a storm door, so no temporary sheeting was necessary. If it had not started raining, the whole process would have been completed in about 6 hours."

"The remodel went really well. We gutted two bathrooms and replaced everything. JPR Remodeling workers worked very hard to make our bathrooms beautiful. They were punctual, professional, fast and very accommodating. The workmanship and attention to detail is top notch. Their estimate was reasonable and the final invoice was very close to the quote. Our home is 36 years and as they walked through our home, they encountered several areas that needed repairs and they brought to our attention. When we asked for additional items to be replaced/repaired, they were able to do the work without delaying the remodeling process. "Excellent work. Professional, very responsive to all questions and request. Cost was as quoted even though they did work in the quote. They installed siding, a door and new storm door, painted new door, shutters and garage door to match new siding. They cleaned up at the end of each day. Owner (Jessie) was on site ever day. Installed new light fixtures for front door, backyard motion light and motion light in carport. Very satisfied with entire project."

"The project was started on the 5th of March and completed on the 16th. J.C. , Wayne and Austin were great and attentive to the project, being here on time and notified me when they were running late.  They were professional, work was done efficiently and they cleaned up after each day they were here.  I had some concerns over some areas but Wayne was quick to assure me that they would be addressed and finished to my satisfaction. The bathroom now has more storage space than before and I will be able to place a nice cabinet in there of my choosing.  The laundry area was enlarged just enough that when I have to replace my washing machine I can place a standard one there.  I have a small one that came with the condo and it was a tight fit in the beginning but now I have ample space for the newer styles. Installation of my water heater was done by Kurt and he was great, he even took care of a leak under my kitchen sink, forever grateful-THANKS!  The last day the team was here to finish up the small details and complete the remodel the final phase was the clean up of my concrete floors.  I was truly amazed that these guys were able to completely return the flooring back to a clean floor.,  You would never had known they had been here or that there had been a project done. I definitely would recommend this company and I have already discussed more remodeling with J.C. sometime this fall.
