"Randy responded to my call on Christmas Eve that our well pump had gone out and we had no water. He was very professional and responsive. He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. His service was excellent and his price was fair. We would hire him again in a heart beat. If you need someone to come out and do work on your well this is the company to call."

"Kyle and Jake were awesome! Very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We are trying to solve an odor issue, so it is not clear cut. They did the most logical solution, it has helped a lot! They had two more jobs to get to, so they will come back to try other solutions and to address another issue. We also asked about replacing a faucet, they gave us a quote, which was pretty expensive, and they were totally cool with not doing that piece. I appreciate being told what doesn't really need to be done as well as what does. I would totally recommend this team and this company to others. And, I felt totally respected as a woman. "This was the second time that we hired the Main Choice Inspection team. Bill Heath and his team, Kevin and Brian, were excellent. They were punctual and made accommodations to be at both inspections, in spite of a northeaster storm. The inspection(s) included: a general home inspection, sewer line and septic/leach field. The first inspection, post storm, was done in frigid temperatures. That inspection took a few hours and they worked well with the home inspector( from another company). At the end of each inspection; they handed us a manual on home maintenance, gave useful advice and recommendations. They inspect from top to bottom--no cutting corners! As for customer service; they cover their shoes upon entering the home, they respond quickly(phone or email) and will do whatever they can to assist you. We highly recommend Main Choice Inspection, especially for the first time homeowner, they are licensed and certified."

"Really well! I had them replace all the supply lines to our toilets because 2 out of 3 original lines had leaked/were leaking. They replaced all of them with sturdy, updated lines. The next day one of the toilets needed adjusting because the float valve wasn't set quite right. They came back and cheerfully adjusted it, at no charge. I will definitely use them again."

"While they did the job satisfactorily, I would have preferred having more input into their choice of plumbing fixtures. Also, I thought that they were somewhat overpriced; and , I did not see any advantage for having two service people instead of just one."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
