"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Darrow and Mirsky Heating and Air...I am giving their contact info to all of my friends and will be calling them again for anything heating AC related."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"As far as I can tell Jeepers Pro is the only independent Jeep specialist in the whole San Fernando area.  He is all that a Jeep owner could hope for.  He has decades of experience working on Jeeps.  He worked at a Jeep dealer for over 15 years and received the full gamut of factory training.  He has been on his own for about 5 years.  His shop is clean and in a good area.  He listens well and is easy to communicate with.  His prices are more than fair and, because of his extensive experience, he goes right to the problem and doesn't waste time and his customer's money on guess work.  I recommend him to every Jeep owner.      It's worth noting that, after Jeepers Pro had completed the repairs, my son told me that when he noticed his Jeep running rough in reverse he took it to a dealer in Northern California (my son is away at college).  The dealer's service manager told him he probably needed a new transmission and if he left the car the the dealer would do a proper diagnosis for only about $200.  Remember, the real problem had nothing to do with the transmission and was fixed by Raphael with a minor tuneup.  We'll stick with Jeepers Pro."

"Our central a/c unit stopped working yesterday evening in 100 degree heat. I immediately called Vigen (at 7:10PM on a Friday btw) and he picked up and squeezed us in the next day. He came today (8/29/15) and had us up and running again in 30 minutes. The starter needed to be replaced. We are so very grateful. Vigen and his guys at North Air really know their stuff. They're punctual, courteous, fair, and do great work.
Two years ago, our central a/c unit was rattling terribly on the roof. We called a few different companies for estimates and liked Vigen's the best. All of the estimates cited similar issues with the install we had done in 2009. The a/c unit was not properly attached to the house...it wasn't draining right...also there were problems with how the furnace was installed in the attic...and I don't remember any more details two years later. What I remember is that the unit was no longer rattling on the roof and suddenly the house was getting much cooler, much faster, much more quietly. 
We also really like the mini-split unit that North Air installed in the garage. It works great and is virtually silent. We will continue to use North Air for all our HVAC needs. It's a relief to know we have a dependable company to call when things get way to hot or way too cold....
