"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Darrow and Mirsky Heating and Air...I am giving their contact info to all of my friends and will be calling them again for anything heating AC related."

"Tech arrived on time was very knowledgeable of everything I asked him. As he discovered each problem he asked me how I would like to proceed with no pressure to do anything. After approving the work he not only went through all the maintenance and repairs performed he also took pictures and wrote up a detail report summarizing everything that was done and advised through the course of the appointment in writing and then emailed it to me so I had a record of everything done. In my opinion I’m not a easy person to please, but take care of me and u have me as a customer for life. Tech name was Christian and I highly recommend him."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I was also given a date of completion of all repairs. I did shop around for several additional estimates and they were priced the best. "As far as I can tell Jeepers Pro is the only independent Jeep specialist in the whole San Fernando area.  He is all that a Jeep owner could hope for.  He has decades of experience working on Jeeps.  He worked at a Jeep dealer for over 15 years and received the full gamut of factory training.  He has been on his own for about 5 years.  His shop is clean and in a good area.  He listens well and is easy to communicate with.  His prices are more than fair and, because of his extensive experience, he goes right to the problem and doesn't waste time and his customer's money on guess work.  I recommend him to every Jeep owner.      It's worth noting that, after Jeepers Pro had completed the repairs, my son told me that when he noticed his Jeep running rough in reverse he took it to a dealer in Northern California (my son is away at college).  The dealer's service manager told him he probably needed a new transmission and if he left the car the the dealer would do a proper diagnosis for only about $200.  Remember, the real problem had nothing to do with the transmission and was fixed by Raphael with a minor tuneup.  We'll stick with Jeepers Pro."

"my wife & i awoke this morning to find no ac upstairs in our house. as we were looking forward to yet another 90+ degree san fernando valley summer day, i desperately tried to find someone to come by and look at the unit. north air was the only vendor available today...so i made an appointment (plus, i liked that they were a local burbank business).

vigen was scheduled to come between 2p & 4p...but he called just after noon and asked if he could come earlier (yes!). after arrioving he checked out the unit and determined the problem was one of two things: a broken condenser or a broken motor. he quoted me a price for the condenser and we agreed to discuss plan b (motor) if a new condenser didn't fix the problem.

after swapping out the condenser the unit immediately sprang back to life. vigen checked a couple other things to make sure everything was working properly and that was that. the whole thing probably took 20 minutes.
