"Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem - a bug shorted out the contact - and replaced the part.  He was competent and polite.  His visit took about 15 minutes.  I do feel that the charge was high for the time involved.  I can undertand a charge for the trip if I decided not to have them do the service, but adding $79 onto the service cost is a bit much, just  my opinion."
