"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

"We scheduled a 4 pm appointment. By 4:45, no one showed up or called to confirm their whereabouts. I had to call Metro Air and ask what was going on. The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

"I received quick and friendly scheduling over the phone with David when calling about my issue. I was able to schedule my AC service same day. My service/repair person, Gael, is always super friendly and informative. I never felt pressured into making supplemental or upgraded purchases. The company's rates have been in-line with expectations found on line. I've been very satisfied with and grateful for Dr. Air & Heat's wonderful service! I've had a great experience both times I've had my AC go out; I'll be calling Dr. Air & Heat first."

"Eric diagnosed our problem and got us up and running within an hour. He was courteous and gave outstanding customer service. We will definitely use A-Anderson for any future HVAC repairs."

"I highly recommend Yamil and the overall team at 4 seasons a/c and heating group,LLC. One of my rental properties had a problem with the heating system during a holiday. Yamil was able to schedule a visit the same day to identify the problem. Then the next day (a Saturday), he and his team installed a new HVAC system. His service and professionalism was top notch at a very reasonable price."
