They recommended a ductless a/c which would cool down in the summer plus I can use as heat during the winter. They weâ re also very accommodating with my schedule. I wasnâ t available during the week so they made it easy and came out on the weekend. When it came to pricing they didnâ t even ask what other companies were quoting and still came in much more competitive. Josh and Dave came in to do the install and weâ re very efficient, polite and had a very clean worksite which my wife was very happy about. We have had zero issues with the work. "When I was looking for a new high efficiency furnace, I received several quotes and Sure Temp was almost $800 cheaper than any other Carrier dealer. They were on time and did a neat and effective job of installing the furnace. They made sure that everything was clean and all of the paperwork was simple. I was very happy I bought the furnace and used them. Since that time I had 4 service calls. One was related to a minor issue related to installation that appeared during the winter and was quickly dealt with and three calls were related to an issue outside of their control that was tricky to resolve. They were very responsive in getting to my house and dealing with the issue, sometimes having same day service calls available. "Responded quickly, came within an hour of first contact on a Saturday, inspected the unit, made diagnosis. Broke down cost estimate providing opportunity for a better informed decision. Replaced unit in an expedient manner, followed up with a phone call later in the day to check if unit was working properly. Cost seemed reasonable. 5 days total from first contact, Saturday, ordered new part and installation."

"I called Green Homes, Home Depot, and Comfort for estimates.  Prices for Green Homes and Home Depot were nearly identical.  Green Homes took more time to explain the features of the windows, show a sample, give considered opinons on options when I requested them, and didn't have extra costs that Home Depot did.  I ended up cancelling the comfort estimate.  I've used them before, and was happy to try someone else. 
They came out right away for the final measurement and gave a tentative date for install.  I called a week or so later, and they confirmed the date, which was only about 3 weeks.  Just after 5 on the Friday before the install I realized I never got a confirmation call, and they were closed so I couldn't call.  But no worries, at about 8:30 Monday morning they pulled in.  Jeff, Jeff, and Mark were great all day.  They did the rooms that I needed done first first, and the room that I  needed last last (moving some furniture around).  They got the inside work on the 12 windows, including trim replacement, done day 1.  Day 2 they arrived again about 8:30 and quickly installed the slider door, then began the outside wrapping.  In the pouring rain.  They're due back for about 1/2 day tomorrow to finish the wrapping outside. 
The windows seem like very good quality.  They missed the grids on 1 window, but the guys knew it and told me as soon as they arrived on day 1.  They installed the wrong window, and will be back out when the correct one is received.
I wouldn't hesitate to call these guys again for service.
