They handled the permit, which made things easier. Communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and kept everything clean. Ian and Adam suggested going with 5 ft stairs instead of 4 ft. I went with it and it made a big difference, much easier for moving grills and furniture, and it feels more open. The deck came out great. They used high quality materials such as helical piles and decking boards for skirting and performed quality work. I’d definitely recommend them. "
