It wasn't the whole unit; they were going to kind of piece it together to make it work. It's like 20 years old. So they came out and said no, you don't need a new air conditioner, we can just fix it. And this was like the second time they'd come out to check the air conditioner, over a two month period. They just wanted to do a patch work on it. I'm still using them.
