We talked about the cost of replacing the motor vs. the cost of replacing the A/C unit entirely (it's 14 years old). I wound up deciding to replace the motor at this time, with the awareness that the A/C is probably in the home stretch of its service life. Within 90 minutes of my first phone call we were up and running again. I am enrolled in McGhee's customer care program so that wound up saving me nearly $300 on the work. Great service!"
