An added bonus was how quiet it became. Tom will come back in the spring for another energy audit after we finish some final work. My only complaint is that the receptionist did not answer my call about the one recessed light having stopped working -- I  left the message on the office phone on Sunday, but end of week I'd not heard from them, so called again & the receptionist said she had forgot about my message.   Also, the first visit was to be between 8:00 - noon; by noon no one had appeared; so I called the office & was told that the electricians had been held up at a job; they got here about 2:00.  In the event that the technicians get delayed at a job, the office should notify the customers who have appointments after them that day so that the customers aren'e sitting home waiting for them -- it was frustrating to stay home so long when the office knew that the technicians would be late.

He had a good rating and great reviews so I gave him a call. Despite that fact that I was an hour away, Mike had no problem coming out to take a look and provide me with an estimate. He originally quoted me between $1900-2000 to do the upgrade and installation. He was very flexible in working with me and my hectic schedule and called to schedule the work within a week of doing the estimate. He maintained the original quote despite the fact that the work was probably more extensive than what he first realized. They cleaned up very nicely after themselves once the work was completed and he even called the next day to ensure that I wasn't having any issues. To sum it up, Friendly, Courteous and Professional. A top-notch job and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat."
