"It worked out well, but the gentleman wasn't prepare for a couple of things.  He needed gas for the machine.  We gave him some gas just to keep things moving.  He couldn't get the drain cap off and when he did, he said he would replace it.  He ended up putting the old cap back on and it leaked."

"This review is coming in very late.  The services were performed well over a year ago so please keep that in mind.
The first suggestion the was to replace our wall heater, which was a little surprising since the gas company had been out to light the pilot and didn't say there was anything technically wrong with the heater.  I'm sure these guys know what they are doing but I felt like this was a little on the "scare tactics" side.  Obviously, no homeowner wants to be at risk of fire if your heater cracks and causes some sort of damage but it was unsettling to me that the Gas Company continues to say (we have them out every fall just to be on the safe side) our heater is loud but functional.  We will continue to take precautionary measures and will replace our wall heater should the Gas Company ever decide to red tag it.
That being said, they were on time and courteous.  They might be great if you are looking for a new HVAC system.
