"We have been a Palmer customer for 6 years. The front office and the technicians has always been great to work with. We have been using their AC and Heating Service Plan and on automatic oil and propane fill for years and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today for the AC Service Plan. The technician (David) was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and home. It’s always a great experience to have maintenance conducted in you home and have the technicians give you expert advice on your heating and AC system. Our AC system is well over 25 years old and still running strong thanks to Palmer. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

"Quickly answered my call for service for boiler issues and no heat. Arrived well before the scheduled time. Performed service quickly and expertly. Heat restored. Have scheduled them for additional service. Would highly recommend."

"Diagnosed the problem and repaired in a timely manner"

"My oil furnace was only heating one zone. The main house was 48 degrees. I called my oil delivery company -they only service gas (?). Then I tried a company recommended by a friend -they only take out of hours calls from existing customers. I couldn't find a reputable well rated company searching the web. I tried HomeAdvisor and found two companies. Aire Serv had 4.5 star rating. I reached out. It was sunday. They responded quickly with an offer to come out that day. I didn't get the message through HomeAdvisor until a few hours later by which time it was too late. The owner, Harvey, offered to talk me through manually opening the zone valve. We texted, I sent pics, he guided me over the course of a few hours. With his expert guidance I was able to find the problem and fix it. Very helpful. Great service. Really committed to getting my heat back on in the middle of below zero temps. I cannot thank you enough Harvey! It was below zero again last night. And we had heat With gratitude."

"Gammon's Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations! Justin was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of replacing our antique steam boiler. He patiently provided three different quotes and never pressured us to choose the most expensive option. The installation team, led by the highly experienced Bill, was fantastic. They arrived on time with a full crew, a great mix of seasoned professionals and eager learners. We even heard Bill sharing his expertise with the younger team members, which was impressive. From start to finish, the professionalism of Gammon's was outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend them to our family and friends"

"Mike came out during the height of a heat wave to fix and properly install smart thermostats and repair a job from a previous electrician. Would recommend Roman services and look forward to using them for future projects."
