"William was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in terms I was able to understand. He showed me areas of old, damaged ductwork that clearly needed replacing. He took pictures, and noticed my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and recommending replacing since carbon monoxide may enter the building and he showed them to me and he worked out a plan and made sure he was able to replace damaged ductwork, install a new gas furnace and even add an additional vent in the biggest room in my home. "We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."

"The installation crew was excellent.
The sheet metal work was very well done. They did a nice job with the
thermostat wiring. It is barely visible in the garage where the furnace
is located. When the installers went to cut a hole in the wall
for the new return line, they discovered some mold and told us that
this should be corrected before they proceeded. So we got the mold
taken care of and then they returned to complete the return line
installation. The furnace is located in a garage. When the county
inspector inspected the job, he said there needed to be a post
installed so that a car did not inadvertently hit the furnace.
Glendale promptly came back and installed the post. Top notch
service.
The only negative thing is that the rep
said the furnace had a 56000BTU output and they installed a model
with 52000BTU output, with no explanation of the change. The house
now takes longer to heat up in the morning. I think 56000
would have been better. If it were not for the discrepancy in the
furnace size, I would have given them an A rating.

"They did a great job. I'm very happy with it. It came to a little bit more because they had to add some additional parts and change out the copper piping and that sort of a thing. It came to $1100 all total. They did a fine job, a really good job. The Angie's List special was for a Rheem water heater and they actually put in AO Smith water heater. So I talked to them about that. I said, "Well, I have a Rheem furnace, I would like to have a Rheem water heater." They had already put it in, I hadn't realized it. So I said, "You're supposed to put the Rheem in," and then the installer contacted the owner and they were able to give me a 10% discount or something like that. So they did give me an offset of about $110 or something like that. So that was good, they made it up for it. So I was satisfied with that arrangement. I assume that they're both of equal quality, but I don't know for sure. I settled for the reduction in the price."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
