"One of the best contractor experiences we have ever had. Jim called the day before to confirm the appointment. Larry the Plumber was so nice to deal with. He put on she covers to protect my wood floors, worked very neatly and gave us some tips about ongoing maintenance. He did a perfect job. He answered all my questions and explained the urgency of getting my unite replaced. He provided options for an upgraded unit and financing.
